The ABCs of Fitness

is a modular, habit-forming, body-positive home workout program comprised of three main workouts: A is for Active Flexibility, B is for Bodyweight, and C is for Cardio.

In order to help her customers memorize these exercises, founder Leah Orleans created what she calls MemLinks—short animated videos that link each exercise to a fun corresponding illustration, designed by yours truly.

Since its launch in January 2020, I have continued to provide illustrations for expansion packs such as S is for Splits, H is for Handstands, and T is for Tuchus, as well as social media graphics, promotional materials, and merchandise including apparel and stickers.
