Lume Wellness is a wellness lounge & spa based in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Through providing cutting-edge wellness services such as cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and infrared sauna, Lume aims to help guests pursue their best selves.
✷ WHAT
As Lume’s marketing & social media specialist, I was responsible for developing and executing organic digital marketing campaigns and associated printed collateral to increase brand visibility, boost engagement, and promote lead generation. I also overhauled the Lume ambassador program guidelines to support these initiatives.
Key achievements from my first 90 days working with Lume:
Increased average customer spend per visit by 13% by developing a new strategic marketing plan implemented across all digital channels and supported by in-store printed collateral.
Grew Instagram following 17% and boosted platform engagement rate by 42% by conducting a platform audit and using findings to create dynamic content better tailored to Lume’s target customer base.
Increased the CTR of email marketing initiatives by 200% with new copywriting strategy.
